Founded in 1975 in Hong Kong, Yiu Sun Button Factory Company Limited has over 30 years of experience specializing in the manufacturing of buttons and buckles.
Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China, operating from our self-owned facility and supported by experienced technicians and advanced production equipment imported from Italy.

Manufacturing Capabilities & Milestones

• 1975 – Established polyester resin button production with advanced imported machinery

• 1994 – Set up plastic and metal mold design department; introduced CNC machinery from Hong Kong and Taiwan

• 1994 – Introduced laser engraving technology for metal and non-metal materials such as glass, plastic, fabric, copper, iron, and wood

• 1997 – Launched alloy button production using high-performance machinery for both standalone and combined designs

• 2000 – Developed regenerated shell-look button production, becoming an industry leader through continuous innovation

• 2001 – Expanded handcrafted button production, including fabric-covered buttons, epoxy, oil-finishing, spray coating, and specialty decorative processes

• 2002 – Established a full-scale metal hardware production line using premium imported raw materials
